2 RESEARCH GRANTS for 2009

The EBTA Board are offering two research grants in 2009 of 3500 Euro each
to suitable projects carrying out research into solution-focused brief
therapy and its applications.
 

How to apply:

To apply for a grant, please submit a statement of 800 words describing
the aims of the project, the researchers involved and an outline of the
proposed method. You should state the likely benefit of the project to sfbt
and what other sources of funding have been sought or obtained. The names
and contact details of two referees should be attached.
Copies of the application should be submitted to Dr Macdonald by October
31st each year by email or land post.  Dr Macdonald will forward copies to the
other members of the awards committee. The recipients of the grants will be
informed directly and announced on the sft-email discussion list. The monies
will be paid as a single sum in January of the following year. Support from
EBTA should be acknowledged in any subsequent publication of the study.

Previous grants to :

The European Brief Therapy Association Awards Committee has regretfully decided not  to award the above grant this year (2003). None of the applications received met the standards required for receipt of the grant.We thank all those who applied and we hope that their projects will go forward. If funds permit the European Brief Therapy Association will award a research grant in 2004. Details of the application process will be posted on the list and the websites later in 2003.
